After your event is over (sometimes days later), we return to break everything down, pack it up, and leave your space clean and clear. You don’t lift a finger.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons and weekends. Popular inflatables can book out weeks in advance, but last-minute rentals may be available depending on availability.

Do you deliver, set up, and pick up the inflatables?

Yes! We handle delivery, professional setup, and takedown so you can enjoy your event stress-free.

Are your inflatables clean and safe?

Absolutely. All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after each rental to ensure safety and quality.

Do you need access to power?

Yes, most inflatables require a standard electrical outlet within 50–75 feet of the setup area. If power is not available, we offer generator rentals.

Can rentals be used on grass, concrete, or pavement?

Yes! Our inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or turf. Let us know the surface type in advance so we bring the proper anchoring equipment.

Do you provide attendants or staff for rentals?

Most rentals do not include an attendant. A responsible adult must supervise the equipment at all times. If you need staff or attendants for your event, please contact us in advance to see what options may be available.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental period is for the entire day. We deliver before your event begins and pick up after it ends. Depending on our schedule and availability, some rentals may include multiple days of use at no additional charge.

Do I need a permit for my rental?

Some towns, parks, or public spaces may require a permit for inflatables, tents, or other equipment. It’s the customer’s responsibility to obtain any required permits before the event. Please note that our rides and equipment are fully permitted, inspected, and licensed where required. If you’re unsure about local requirements, we recommend checking with your municipality or venue in advance.
